First, send us a request at info@nvisiontravel.com for which tour you want to book. You will get a reply with an offer and more information from us. After we finalize the tour with all details and dates, please send us your name, mobile number, and address of accommodation in Sofia.

Our payment options are as follows:
1. PayPal payment plus an additional booking fee of 6% prior to the arrival date
2. A wire transfer prior to the arrival date
3. Cash on the day of the tour

We don’t accept credit cards currently.

In Bulgaria the official currency is the Bulgarian lev. The Bulgarian Lev is fixed to the EUR, 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN. So when you see a price in Bulgarian lev, divide it roughly by two and you will get the amount in EUR. You can use ATMs to withdraw cash in the local currency or exchange EUR or Dollars in some of the exchange bureaus or banks. In some souvenirs shops in Sofia you can pay with EUR too, but the exchange rate is not the official one. You can pay the for tour to us either in EUR or in Bulgarian Lev.

We prepare our private tours tailor-made with all details. You can send us a request with a list of the sights which you want to visit and we will prepare the tour according to your wish. We will send you back information on what can be included and what cannot. In the tour details of each tour on our website, you will find extra information. There we list more sights near this location, which you can include too, if there is enough time. If you are part of a bigger group, the program cannot be changed.

A date change is possible, as long it is done more than 14 days prior to the departure date and we confirm to you availability. We always try to be flexible and understand our guests. However in high season when all our guides are fully booked, we need to check out our availability before confirmation of the change.

Yes, as a tour operator we work and we have contracts with hotels in Bulgaria. Please contact us at info@nvisiontravel.com and we will provide accommodation offer. If you prefer to book your hotel directly, we will be happy to provide you with feedback before you take your final decision.
